What is involved with installing Fiber networks?
  • Like all utility companies, our network installation involves digging trenches. However, we use a variety of trenching methods in order to minimise disruptions and time spent in your area. At the same time, our designers will install street cabinets for our high speed fibre connections.
Where can I find information on the progress of the network installation?
  • We are currently building a dedicated online web-page for the communities. This will include, build plans, an evolving bank of frequently-asked-questions. We are committed to providing regular updates here to keep you informed of progress.
When will I be able to get ultrafast fibre broadband?
  • We’ll be in touch with you once your home is ready to be connected to our network. In the meantime, you can register your interest in the below email us, to be kept up to date with latest news and build updates.
What does the installation fee include?
  • Installation includes the first 60M of conduit and fiber from our outside utility box.
  • What if it's more than 60M?
  • Extra meterage is charged to the customer and will be quoted.
What else do I need?
  • A customer supplied router, this is used to connect multiple devices wired and wireless
  • Can Edgar HighSpeed supply a router?
  • Yes, technology is ever changing and we have a supply of the latest routers at additional charge.

  • Once I sign up how fast can I get?
  • currently we are looking at 50, 150 and 300 mbps plans. Unlimited Data.
